Located on a beautiful 81-acre park-like property in the St. Matthews/Crescent Hill area of Louisville, Masonic Homes of Kentucky included 151 independent living apartments with lovely views of stately trees and expansive lawns in addition to the 167-bed Nursing Facility and Personal Care facility with 104 beds.

Our Nursing and Skilled Nursing Care Facility is dually certified for both Medicare and Medicaid. We provide full service individualized short-term and long-term care. We have comprehensive rehabilitation programs with qualified therapists, a registered dietician, IV certified nurses, and a full time chaplain. Staff strives to meet the medical, social and spiritual needs of each resident. Cable TV, whirlpool baths, beauty shop available. We have a secure wander system with residents bracelets for those suffering from Alzheimer’s Disease or Dementia.

Located just 5 minutes from Baptist Hospital East, Norton’s Suburban Hospital and Jewish Hospital East. We also accept for admission Hospice, private insurance and private pay residents.
