PRIORITY HEALTHCARE provides multiple levels of care according to the needs of the individual patient. During initial evaluation, a plan of care is established and agreed upon so that both the patient and the caregiver are comfortable and satisfied with the duties that will be performed. Review of each case is done prior to arranging for caregivers. This allows PRIORITY to make the best possible selection of caregivers to meet the needs of the patient. While patients are receiving service in the home, a supervisory visit is made at least once a month by a nurse to review the plan of care and to see that the needs of each patient are being met. At any time a new level of care can be established and set up.
